All the experiences, all their achievements (and failures), their new friendships, the bonding time we had as a family – all of it has been completely invaluable. It was lovely to receive this feedback from a member about our event the weekend of June 29th-July 1st. So what goes into a Big Adventure Weekend?
Take a fantastic bunch of Potential Plus UK family members, a quiz night and Julie and Rebecca from Potential Plus UK.
Add a giant swing, oodles of vertical challenge and some zipwiring. Throw in some wet work with canoeing and raft building. Squeeze in the challenge course, archery, a sensory trail, orienteering and problem solving. Augment it with Robot Wars, Aeroball and Survivors. Mix like-minded peers with beautiful (if slightly too hot sometimes) weather, a bit of fundraising and PGL Liddington and their brilliant staff.
The result: an exceptionally good outdoor adventure! Thank you to everyone for sharing this great weekend.
